My birthday (observed.)

My actual birthday is Wednesday, but I'm probably going to be too tired from work to enjoy it. So I'm doing it today.

I can't go out. I can't see anyone. But #itsfine.

I made a quiche with Gruyere cheese, sage, and dill, and a white Chambord cake (all the alcohol bakes off, you just replace a little of the water that the recipe calls for with Chambord, about 1/4 a cup.)

There's enough Chambord left over for Chambordaritas.
