1. The Matrix sequels and the Animatrix changed the Matrix itself as depicted in the films from being a good 1:1 metaphor for the current neoliberal capitalist system, but digging through the lengthy plot breakdown of the MMO shows that MxO seems to have been trying to change it back to that, with a focus on the themes of solidarity of oppressed groups vs the divisionary tactics used to divide and conquer them by the powers that be, and:
2. The Exiles are basically The Fair Folk, but as AI entities in a digital system, and; the Exiles as a metaphor for the way Immigrants are treated in our society and the current administration, and the othering that takes place.
Instead, IMPEACHMENT.
