The tendency to disregard hierarchy is definitely a neurodivergent trait. I would like for other ND folx to not be so easily manipulated into upholding different power structures that put them in privileged positions but … social disability. If I hadn’t had a teacher for what manipulation is and how to resist the most common forms of it, I’d be the same way.
