A Real Post
So I messed up my back last Saturday while I was cleaning my closet.
When I didn't start to feel better around Thursday or so, I went to the doctor. They gave me Turbo Ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer. They did X Rays.
They told me that I'm developing arthritis in my spine, and it's already pretty advanced.
So Turbo Ibuprofen may be a reoccurring theme in my near future. (Along with Pepcid, because I've given myself an ulcer before.)
I've had two very bad anxiety attacks in the past week and a half.
I spent most of my weekend playing Baldur's Gate 3 and doing laundry.

Did the doc talk to you about the dietary etc. stuff you can do that helps with joint health? Or are they just assuming that you already know about the anti-inflammatory diet, and nerve flossing exercises, and all the joint supplements that can work to keep your body mobile and in less pain?

I take turmeric to help with inflammation [it does a bit] but it's contraindicated if you have any kidney issues.
