I don't think we get to calm down about nuclear annihilation just yet, tbh. I say this as someone who thought covid was not going to be a big deal and didn't think Putin was so stupid as to invade Ukraine. I'm now conditioned to believe that however bad my anxiety-brain thinks something is going to be, it's going to be worse than that.
