Clarice is great! I like both Foster and Moore Clarices. I would have loved a continued filmverse franchise with Hopkins!Lecter staying one step ahead of the law and Moore!Starling in hot pursuit except always inevitably teaming up with him when things go south, ala the Muskrat Farm situation in the film. The "he kidnapped and brainwashed her and then she realized she could sort of seduce him into not killing quite so much" from the actual novel didn't sit well with a lot of people. I see Hopkinsverse (with the Clarice Starling ship) and Madsverse (with the Will Graham ship) as like two seperate AUs in my mind.

ETA: I just realized that the Clarice show is in fact out and a thing I can watch. I guess I have a new thing to watch now!
