Driveby post.
- We've been having a lot of rainy weather, which is causing me to have a lot of allergy/sinus junk, which is scary because "can't tell if just sinus problems, or if I'm coming down with the rona" is very anxiety-producing.
- I forgot I had scheduled the week of Memorial Day off, because of Burning Flipside. Which I wasn't going to be able to do this year, but I scheduled the time off anyway in case those of us who I usually go with planned to do something else, which would have been called off anyway because of the pandemic. I figured my boss would cancel it, but he's letting me take the time off, which is cool.
This is the first time in literally months that I have gotten enough sleep. My only problem with this is, it's going to be really tough to go back to the schedule they had me on after this. My natural body clock wants to go to bed around 1-2am and get up around 9-10am. Getting up at 5am again is gonna be hella hard. Getting up at 6:30-7am to get to work by 8am was tough enough.
I kind of think maybe it's time to see if I can angle for a different schedule, or trade schedules with someone on a later schedule with me if that's a possibility.
- Still struggling with depression.
- Blood Machines just released on Shudder though. That's something. I'm going to watch it tonight. ETA: Welp, that was a thing I just watched.
ETA 2: I want to go to the lake today, but as it's Memorial Day, *everyone* will probably be at the lake, and probably not with masks or social distancing either. We'll see. It's also probably going to rain, but I can just stay in my car if all that is the case.
